Delivery and Returns

Shipping & Delivery Policy – Tikiri Toys Sri Lanka 

At Tikiri Toys, we carefully pack and deliver every order with love and care, ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers across Sri Lanka. 

Order Confirmation & Cancellations 

Once an order has been placed and the receipt has been issued, order cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

Delivery Timelines 

  • Colombo (Standard Delivery): 
    Delivery can be arranged within 2–3 working days. 
  • Outside Colombo: 
    Delivery may take 3–5 working days, depending on the location. 
  • Same-Day Delivery: 
    Same-day delivery can be entertained within Colombo zones 1–15, subject to availability and confirmation at the time of ordering. 

Shipping Charges 

  • Free Shipping: 
    Orders above LKR 15,000 qualify for free shipping. 
  • Shipping charges for orders below this value will be calculated at checkout. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may track your delivery via XXXX (tracking link/platform to be updated).

Customers may also opt for local collection from the following location (by prior arrangement):

Returns & Replacement Policy 

We take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all items before dispatch. 

Factory Defects or Shipping Damage 

  • Products will be considered for replacement only if they have: 
  • Factory defects, or 
  • Damage occurred during shipping. 
  • All such cases are subject to inspection and approval by Tikiri Toys. 
  • Replacement is not guaranteed in every instance and will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on product availability and inspection results. 

Return Conditions 

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. 

Requests must be raised within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Proof of purchase (Order Number and customer details) must be provided. 

Refunds 

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period. 
  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable. 

Exchanges 

  • Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged items, subject to inspection. 
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@tikiri-toys.com before returning the product. 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. 
  • For items valued over LKR 9,000, we recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
